We have zero tolerance for illegal activities and will report any suspected criminal conduct to law enforcement authorities.

4. Prohibited Activities - Fraudulent or Deceptive Practices

You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all legal requirements, and we are not liable for your failure to do so.

Failure to cooperate with investigations may result in account suspension or termination, legal action, and reporting to authorities. We take our compliance obligations seriously and expect the same from our users.

When communicating with our support team, other users, or any representatives of Bizly, you must: (a) Be respectful, courteous, and professional; (b) Not use abusive, threatening, harassing, or offensive language; (c) Not make discriminatory or hateful remarks; (d) Not engage in personal attacks or insults; (e) Provide clear and accurate information about your issue or request; (f) Be patient and understanding, recognizing that our team is working to assist you; (g) Not spam or repeatedly contact us with the same issue without allowing time for a response; (h) Not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity or authority. We strive to provide excellent customer service, but we will not tolerate abusive or disrespectful behavior. Users who engage in such behavior may have their accounts suspended or terminated.
